They performed installation services for new appliances we purchased but went above and beyond. Prior to the appointment, they called to confirm that the appliances had been delivered. They arrived exactly on time. They were knowledgeable and professional, and when it turned out one of the appliances was damaged (a range hood), they modified the damaged piece so it could be installed in the interim (the lights still worked) until the new one arrived. Which given the supply chain constraints has turned out to be in three months' time. They spoke to the store manager on our behalf and arranged for the replacement and no cost re-install. A great experience that eased the pain of a damaged unit, and I will recommend this company to all my friends! “
